User Reviews for Necon 1/35 (21) oral

I took Necon for 14 years, with a brief (awful) switch to Alyacen. No problems, no side effects at all. I went off it about 3 weeks ago, and I lost a couple pounds (probably water) but no other changes. I was on the Necon .5/35 for about a year and it was fine too, except for some minor breakthrough bleeding.

When I first started taking the pill I thought it was great and it made my once extremely painful periods settle down, regulated them and made me bleed less. I was happy at first but after 4 years of taking them I believe that they are the main cause of the health problem I am having in my life now. After switching pills I have been feeling a little more like myself but I still am not in the best of shape I use to be. While on Necon, I not only began having major mood swings and becoming easily agitated but also I was becoming easily depressed, unmotivated, not wanting to have sex and just was not the fun energetic person i use to be. The longer I was on the pill the worse it was becoming. It took me a long time to actually put the changes together as a part of taking the pill but when I aso started having gallbladder problems adn began reading peoples reviews on the pill I began to realize that the pill was most likely the culprit. I recently had to have my gallbladder removed and they found lesions on it. I would like it if others have had the same problems while taking this pill to please respond to this post because something needs to be done about it if the pill is causing multiple people these side effects.
