Side effects (fatigue, queasy stomach) wore off in first few weeks. Now, 2.5 years later, I have no side noticeable side effects as I continue to take this drug. My blood is tested every three weeks for neutrophils, platelet and hemocrit levels. Twice I have needed to lower the dose. Still, even at the lowest dose, my cancer has stayed away!!!
