I've been on Padcev for 6 months. I was reluctant to use it because of the motor neuropathy. But after chemo and immunotherapy both failed, it was the option that was left for me, and I credit it for my being alive to leave this review. Side effects have included loss of taste, very dry skin, loss of body hair, and the peripheral neuropathy that is worst in the feet, with dosage having been reduced a couple of times to reduce the symptoms. Infusions are quick and easy with no pretreatment.
