What is recovery from a corpus callosotomy like?

ANSWER

You'll generally stay in the hospital for 2-4 days. Most people will be able to return to their normal activities, including work or school, in 6-8 weeks. The hair over the incision will grow back and hide the surgical scar. You'll keep taking antiseizure drugs.
