How do I use alprostadil safely?

ANSWER

Whether you take the drug as an injection or use a suppository, wear a condom if you have sex with a pregnant woman. Doctors dont know if alprostadil will affect the baby.

Store the drug in its original container, out of the reach of children. Follow the directions on the label about where its OK to keep it. For instance, avoid warm, moist settings (like the bathroom). If you keep it in your fridge, dont let it freeze.
