ANSWER

Cymbalta (duloxetine) is a type of antidepressant. It can cause side effects if you combine it with certain other medications. Duloxetine should be used with caution if you have:

  • A history of seizures or mania
  • Conditions that slow food from leaving your stomach
  • Diabetes (Cymbalta may effect blood sugar levels)
  • High blood pressure or heart disease
  • Liver disease
  • Kidney disease
