ADAM MICHAEL BREWER
So I often get asked, what's your personal training routine? And it starts like this, three days a week I do strength training, working all my major muscles and my core.
Coupled with that, I always do a little bit of cardiovascular.
Usually it's no more than 30 minutes a day.
And then on the off days, I always take time to do about 30 to 45 minutes of yoga.
I found the blending of the two, as well as that cardio, is hugely beneficial for my body.
Now, sometimes people say how do you find time to do this for yourself? I think it's essential to do that.
When we're giving, giving, giving so much of ourselves, if we're never taking time to also refuel for ourselves, we're going to run out of fumes.
So I believe that every day I take somewhere between 45 minutes to an hour to give back to myself so that I can give that much more to others.
