ADAM MICHAEL BREWER
A question that often is asked, can I over hydrate?

The answer to that is yes.

But for most of us, it's not all that likely.

Most of us are not drinking enough water.

Water is essential for us.

At a cellular level, we're about 70 to 75% water in our makeup.

It's going to help things move more smoothly in our body.

It's going to flush the toxins.

So let's get drinking.

How much should we drink?

The recommendation is about eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.

Now, they'll say that across the board.

But I'd like to suggest to you that for a bigger person, it may be a little bit more.

So I'm going to throw out the idea of having half your body weight in ounces a day.

Now you may be going, oh my gosh, I only have one glass of water a day.

And if that's you, start with having two glasses of water a day.

And slowly work your way up.

It's something that we don't want to go from doing nothing to everything overnight.

It's like all things.

Let's progressively get to that point where we at least get eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.

And then, perhaps, go a little bit more than that.

Start hydrating.
