It's a very great multi-functional exercise that involves quads, glutes… He's going to rotate and pull in a straight line, using his bicepts, lats, lower back, abdominal wall, obliques… You'll notice he's dropping straight down, so he's in good posture the whole time. He has a 90 degree angle at the knees and he pushes straight from his heals inhaling on the way down… …Exhaling on the way up.
