Hey, I want to talk to you about an incredible fat loss cardio workout you can do.

You see me coming down these steps?

Well, imagine going up and down these steps for about 20 minutes.

20 minutes of stairs.

You're probably going to burn about 350 to 400 calories.

And you're going to work you're abs, you're going to work your glutes, you're going to work your legs.

Even when you're coming down.

When you're coming down the stairs, that's your rest and your recovery, but it's still a work out as well.

So you're getting an incredible workout going up and going down at the same time.

20 minutes, you do this maybe let's say two to three times a week.

That's your cardio workout.
