ANSWER

Campylobacter is a common type of bacteria that can make you ill if you eat poultry that isn’t fully cooked.

Campylobacteriosis can cause diarrhea and sometimes other serious complications.

Infants and children are more likely to get a campylobacter infection, but it can affect anyone at any age.
