Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a large stockpot and cover with 8 cups cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 2 hours.
  3. Strain stock through a large fine mesh sieve into a large bowl.
  4. Cool then store in covered containers the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
