What is the card you get after you have an ICD implanted?

ANSWER

In about three months after the procedure, you will receive a permanent identification card with information about the type of ICD you have, when you got it, and the name of the doctor who did the procedure. It's important that you carry this card with you at all times in case you need medical attention.
