Some people with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome have symptoms and some do not. You may have the following:

  • Dizziness or feeling light-headed
  • Palpitations or feeling your heart flutter or beat harder
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Trouble breathing or shortness of breath
