NEXT QUESTION:

Is avocado oil good for you?

ANSWER

Keep in mind that the whole food -- an avocado -- may have nutrients that you don't get from avocado oil. Whole avocados have magnesium, which has blood pressure-lowering properties, and potassium. But it's not clear yet if the same is true for avocado oil.
