What kind of foods can help control my high blood pressure?

ANSWER

Foods rich in potassium, magnesium, and fiber can keep your blood pressure under control. Fresh veggies and fruits the best sources. Bonus: They’re also low in sodium, which can make your blood pressure go up. Fruit and vegetable juices aren’t as good, because they don’t have the fiber you get from whole ones. Nuts, seeds, legumes, lean meats, and poultry are good sources of magnesium.
