What are some high-fat foods to avoid if I have Crohn's disease?

ANSWER

  • Keep a diary to figure out if what you’re eating is part of the problem. Some things may only be a problem during flares. Fattening and greasy foods often cause trouble for people with Crohn's disease. People with the condition often find these hard to digest: Cream sauces
  • Butter
  • Margarine
  • Anything deep-fried
