Are there self-help groups for people with IBS?

ANSWER

Yes, there are. Members of these groups know what it's like to live with IBS. Sometimes they can offer more meaningful support than you could get from even your closest friends. There are in-person and online support groups that you can join. Your doctor may be able to help you find one.
