How can egg donation help with female infertility?

ANSWER

If your ovaries don't work right but you have a normal uterus, you can use eggs removed from the ovary of a donor who has taken fertility drugs for your in vitro fertilization. The fertilized donor eggs are then transferred into your uterus.
