What is sperm and semen analysis for male infertility?

ANSWER

A trained expert checks your sperm count, their shape, movement, and other characteristics. In general, the higher number of normal-shaped sperm you have, the higher your fertility. But a lot of guys with low sperm counts or abnormal semen are still fertile.
