Jane Korsberg is a registered, licensed dietitian and an Instructor in the Department of Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University's School of Medicine. In addition, she is a consultant in private practice providing services to individuals and groups. She received her B.S. in Foods & Nutrition from the S.U.N.Y at Plattsburgh, a M.S. in Nutrition from CWRU and was honored with the ADA's Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award in 1985. Korsberg's specific areas of expertise include weight management, diabetes, wellness promotion/disease prevention and control. She also provides her nutrition expertise to the online health site Netwellness.org.
