Kathy Stevens has been a health and fitness educator for over 20 years. She has a bachelor's degree in physical education and has presented fitness programs around the world to children and adults of all ages. She is a Reebok master trainer, member of the board of training and education for the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, and a master fitness practitioner. She is highlighted in many health and fitness programs in video, print, and other media. She is happily married and has five beautiful children.
