Kendall Morgan, PhD, is a science and health writer and editor in Durham, NC. She has a BA in biology from Earlham College, a PhD in biology from the University of Oregon, and a certificate in science communication/writing from the University of California Santa Cruz.
Morgan has written for many publications, outlets, and organizations, including Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News, Genome Magazine, Cancer Today, The Scientist, Science News, Science Now, Cell Press, American Way, and the National Institutes of Health.
Before becoming a full-time freelance writer and editor, she worked for several years as a science writer and communications director at Duke University.
