Lou Paget

Lou Paget

Lou Paget began her career as a professional development coach in Los Angeles after leaving her native Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1989. With a strong background in physical sciences and 15 years research in human sexuality, Paget began organizing women's focus groups on sex in the early '90s.

Paget's sexuality seminars, born from the popularity of her focus group discussions, allow men and women to discuss the merits of sexual forays, fantasies, fallacies, and fears in a safe and open forum.

Paget has compiled findings from her seminars in her books How To Be a Great Lover: Girlfriend-to-Girlfriend Totally Explicit Techniques That Will Blow His Mind and How To Give Her Absolute Pleasure: Totally Explicit Techniques Every Woman Wants Her Man To Know.

Paget has been published in Cosmopolitan, GQ, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Playboy, Redbook, Men's Health, Maxim, Bride's, JANE, and Marie Claire, and has also lent her expert voice to national radio programs. She has also appeared in the HBO series "Real Sex" and made a cameo appearance in the feature film "Body Shots."

Paget holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Calgary in general studies, with a concentration in physical sciences. She was an AIDS ward volunteer at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for 11 years and in the workplace. In September of 1996 she left her position at 20th Century Fox to dedicate herself full time to her seminar business. She currently lives in Los Angeles. Check out her web site at www.loupaget.com.
