Regular exercise, a healthy diet, and plenty of rest and sleep can help you better manage your life with lupus. Also, skip alcohol, especially if you feel down. Alcohol is a natural depressant. I

Learn some ways to bust stress. Progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and meditation are proven techniques. Listening to soothing music, warm baths or long walks also may help.
