What physical changes show I'm headed for menopause?

ANSWER

You may notice changes in your sex drive, sleep habits, or have hot flashes or night sweats. Other physical changes that can come on from menopause include thinner and drier hair and skin. Some women gain weight, or lose muscle and get more fat around the waist. You may also find it a little harder to move, with stiff joints or joints that hurt. It's important to stay active. You may need to work harder to keep your strength and stay in shape.
