How long will it take to feel comfortable with therapy?

ANSWER

It can take several weeks for you to be fully comfortable with your therapy. If you aren't feeling comfortable after 2 or 3 visits, let the mental health professional know and explain why you feel that way. The two of you can work together as a team to get the most out of your treatment.
