ANSWER

  • Illness anxiety disorder, formerly called hypochondriasis, when you're preoccupied with a concern you have a serious disease (for example, that a common headache is a sign of a brain tumor)
  • Conversion disorder, also called functional neurological symptom disorder, when you have nerve-related symptoms (weakness, paralysis, tremors, numbness, blindness, hearing loss) with no medical cause
  • Pseudocyesis, a false belief a woman has that she's pregnant along with other outward signs of pregnancy
