I experience memory loss. Passwords escape me pretty easily, so I take a lot of notes and keep track of them on my phone. If I have an appointment, I put it into the calendar immediately so I hopefully won't forget it.
Meditating has improved my MS symptoms more than anything else. It improves mood, energy, and concentration and reduces pain. Mindfulness-based workshops and free apps like Insight Timer can help you get started.
Do some form of exercise for at least 45 minutes, three times a week. Personally, I love to jump rope. It helps pump the blood to the brain and boosts serotonin and endorphin levels. Prayer and quiet time in nature help a ton.
