What are home remedies for nerve pain?

ANSWER

You can do a few things to live better with nerve pain:

  • Regular exercise may make blood vessels in your feet bigger over time, and that's good for damaged nerves. Start with a daily walk and build up from there.
  • Get good sleep: Limit caffeine in the afternoon, keep a regular bedtime, and reserve the bedroom for sleep.
  • Ask your doctor for a referral to a professional who provides guided imagery, meditation, biofeedback, or hypnosis.
