March 2, 2018 -- Graco is recalling its Table2Table 6-in-1 Highchairs sold at Walmart stores. The back legs can pivot out of position while a child is sitting in the chair, causing it to topple.

The company says it's received 38 reports of the legs swiveling, causing five injuries to kids -- mostly bumps and bruises -- when their highchairs fell over.

The chairs convert from a traditional highchair to a booster seat and toddler chair and table. They have a white cushion with gold and gray polka dots. The model number -- 1969721 -- is printed on labels underneath and on the back of the booster seat. They were sold from October 2016 to December 2017.

If you have one of these chairs at home, the company says you should stop using it and contact Graco for a free repair kit.

You can call toll free at 800-345-4109, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or visit www.gracobaby.com and click Support, then Recall & Safety Notifications.
