How much sleep do 1-4 month olds need?

ANSWER

Infants 1 to 4 months old need about 14 - 15 hours of sleep a day. By 6 weeks of age, your baby will settle down a bit and you may notice a more regular sleeping pattern. Your baby will go through the longest sleep periods of 4 to 6 hours more during the evening.
