INTERVIEWER
Obviously, one of my favorite things to do is cook. That's why I'm here in the kitchen all the time. But you know what, cooking is also fun because it takes me out of the kitchen, like to go on family outings to the farmers market to pick out food. I also like all kinds of sports and outdoorsy stuff like hiking. You see, getting up and moving is really important, even in simple ways. What are some things that you guys like to do to get moving?

SUBJECT 1
I like to play sports and football because it's a lot of fun.

SUBJECT 2: For physical activity, lately I've been playing all sports. But my favorite is soccer because I love running around scoring goals.

SUBJECT 3
I like playing softball and soccer.

SUBJECT 4
I practice gymnastics sometimes and I do ballet.

SUBJECT 5
Well, I really like gymnastics and play games.

SUBJECT 6
I like skateboarding with my friends around the neighborhood of stuff, and snowboarding.

SUBJECT 7
I like to play golf and go on the driving range and practice my swing, and dance, and play tennis.

SUBJECT 8
I like playing soccer and basketball and swimming. But recently, I've tried running on the treadmill on an incline to keep in shape.

INTERVIEWER
Those are some nice moves. Some of you guys perform, some of you play games, and some of you just like to play. Awesome. Activity is important for everybody because it helps your body inside and out. Certain activities affect your body and muscles, and others are even good for your brain.

Remember, moving helps our bodies use the fuel our body gets from food. And that means once you start making a little energy, it's only going to help you make even more. So let's get moving.
