How can I know what's causing fatigue related to prostate cancer?
Keep a diary for a week to figure out the time of day when you're either most tired or have the most energy. Note what you're doing when it comes on. Also keep track of your personal warning signs of fatigue, like tired eyes, tired legs, whole-body tiredness, stiff shoulders, low energy, trouble focusing, weakness or malaise, boredom or lack of motivation, sleepiness, irritability, nervousness, anxiety, or impatience.
