Roy Benaroch, MD

Roy Benaroch, MD, is a general pediatrician, author, and educator. He completed his residency through the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in 1997 and has continued his involvement on the Emory faculty as an adjunct professor of pediatrics. He was board certified in pediatrics in 1997 and has a general pediatric practice near Atlanta.

He has written two books for parents and contributes to several parenting and medical web sites and print journals. His blog, The Pediatric Insider, features more of his essays on parenting and health topics. With The Great Courses, Benaroch has created a lecture series of mystery medical cases for laymen, called Medical School for Everyone: Grand Rounds Cases.

In addition to his work as a pediatrician, Benaroch enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, swimming, vegetable gardening, and writing.
