How can counselors help with schizophrenia?

ANSWER

Licensed clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors are trained to provide help for psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues. They may specialize in areas such as marital and family counseling, relaxation therapy, stress management, and sex therapy. Because they aren't medical doctors, they can't prescribe medications.
