"},{"@begin":"00:00:56.71","@end":"00:00:58.48","@style":"1","#text":"\n        we have conducted the largest\n      "},{"@begin":"00:00:58.48","@end":"00:01:00.10","@style":"1","#text":"\n        study of particularly\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:00.10","@end":"00:01:02.35","@style":"1","#text":"\n        African-American/Blacks in this\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:02.35","@end":"00:01:06.08","@style":"1","#text":"\n        country on COVID attitudes,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:06.08","@end":"00:01:07.87","@style":"1","#text":"\n        but also the vaccine.\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:07.87","@end":"00:01:11.14","@style":"1","#text":"\n        And it really was very alarming,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:11.14","@end":"00:01:14.02","@style":"1","#text":"\n        with over 94%, and we'd surveyed\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:14.02","@end":"00:01:16.30","@style":"1","#text":"\n        about 3,100 validated studies\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:16.30","@end":"00:01:17.38","@style":"1","#text":"\n        in a scientific manner,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:17.38","@end":"00:01:19.27","@style":"1","#text":"\n        saying I don't want the vaccine,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:19.27","@end":"00:01:20.41","@style":"1","#text":"\n        or I may or may not take\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:20.41","@end":"00:01:21.85","@style":"1","#text":"\n        the vaccine, et cetera.\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:21.85","@end":"00:01:23.47","@style":"1","#text":"\n        And that, as a person that's\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:23.47","@end":"00:01:24.70","@style":"1","#text":"\n        worked in health disparities\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:24.70","@end":"00:01:26.47","@style":"1","#text":"\n        now for decades,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:26.47","@end":"00:01:28.72","@style":"1","#text":"\n        is so troubling to me.\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:28.72","@end":"00:01:31.15","@style":"1","#text":"\n        We have a flu vaccine campaign,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:31.15","@end":"00:01:32.56","@style":"1","#text":"\n        HPV vaccine, all\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:32.56","@end":"00:01:34.48","@style":"1","#text":"\n        of these vaccine campaigns.\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:34.48","@end":"00:01:35.86","@style":"1","#text":"\n        And now, with the greatest\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:35.86","@end":"00:01:37.34","@style":"1","#text":"\n        pandemic of certainly\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:37.34","@end":"00:01:40.15","@style":"1","#text":"\n        my lifetime, this community\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:40.15","@end":"00:01:42.10","@style":"1","#text":"\n        needs to jump on board.\n      "},{"br":[null,null]},{"@begin":"00:01:42.10","@end":"00:01:42.85","@style":"1","#text":"\n        JOHN WHYTE: What's\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:42.85","@end":"00:01:45.16","@style":"1","#text":"\n        so frustrating, I would imagine,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:45.16","@end":"00:01:46.99","@style":"1","#text":"\n        here we have a disease,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:46.99","@end":"00:01:48.16","@style":"1","#text":"\n        COVID-19, that\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:48.16","@end":"00:01:50.59","@style":"1","#text":"\n        is disproportionately impacting\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:50.59","@end":"00:01:51.88","@style":"1","#text":"\n        people of color.\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:51.88","@end":"00:01:54.70","@style":"1","#text":"\n        We have a vaccine strategy\n are most at risk\n      "},{"@begin":"00:01:59.35","@end":"00:02:01.78","@style":"1","#text":"\n        are saying, hey, wait.\n social and civic leaders to say,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:02:24.95","@end":"00:02:26.68","@style":"1","#text":"\n        hey, this is safe.\n      "},{"@begin":"00:02:26.68","@end":"00:02:28.48","@style":"1","#text":"\n        But also, we are highlighting\n      "},{"@begin":"00:02:28.48","@end":"00:02:29.77","@style":"1","#text":"\n        what you and I both have talked\n      "},{"@begin":"00:02:29.77","@end":"00:02:32.41","@style":"1","#text":"\n        about for decades, that for one\n      "},{"@begin":"00:02:32.41","@end":"00:02:34.06","@style":"1","#text":"\n        of the first times in history,\n      "},{"@begin":"00:02:34.06","@end":"00:02:37.03","@style":"1","#text":"\n        the most diverse panel\n      "},{"@begin":"00:02:37.03","@end":"00:02:39.01","@style":"1","#text":"\n        of clinical trial participants\n it.\n      "},{"@begin":"00:03:20.62","@end":"00:03:22.54","@style":"1","#text":"\n        But when you talk about Tuskegee\n
