Can circumcision prevent hygiene problems with the penis?

ANSWER

Circumcision can make it easier to keep the end of the penis clean. Good hygiene can help prevent certain problems with the penis, including infections and swelling. But you don’t need to be circumcised in order to keep the penis clean. Also, using a condom during sex will help prevent STDs and other infections.
