How helpful are diet plans for eczema?

ANSWER

If you have eczema, you want to do all you can to try to stop the irritation and itching it can cause. So you may be eager to try eczema diets you’ve read or heard about. How helpful are these plans? Doctors aren’t sure, and research on the link between food and the skin disease is conflicting.
