Can you polish your nails or wear artificial nails if you have nail psoriasis?

ANSWER

You can try nail varnish or artificial nails if you don't like the way your nails look. They can also protect your nails from more damage. Some people are sensitive to the chemicals in varnish and nail adhesive though, so talk to your doctor about whether it's OK for you.
