What can I do if I'm embarrassed about having rosacea?

ANSWER

If your symptoms seriously affect your mood and self-esteem, get help. Treatment for your rosacea symptoms is key. You could also ask your doctor about using makeup to hide affected patches of skin. If you're stressed or depressed, tell your doctor. Never ignore signs of anxiety or depression. Get help for it.
