What are signs that I have a sleep disorder?
ANSWER
You might have a sleep disorder if:
- You regularly have trouble sleeping
- You are often tired during the day, even if you slept for at least seven hours the night before
- You have a hard time doing usual daytime activities
- Your partner says you snore loudly and sometimes seem to stop breathing.
