Which orexin receptor antagonists can help with treating sleep problems?
Orexins are chemicals that are involved in the sleep-wake cycle, playing a role in keeping you awake. This type of drug changes the action of orexin in the brain. These include lemborexant (Dayvigo) and suvorexant (Belsomra) which are the only approved drugs in this class.
