What can you expect during a sleep study?

ANSWER

A sleep study can check if you have a sleep disorder. You’ll spend the night at a sleep lab or at the hospital. Technicians will monitor your sleep from near your bedroom. You’ll be hooked up to equipment. It may look uncomfortable, but most people don’t find them too bothersome.

You can also do the test at home with portable equipment, especially if your problems aren’t too complicated.
