What should you do when you're stressed to avoid smoking?

ANSWER

A smoker will think, “I need a cigarette!” But you’re not a smoker anymore. So instead of grabbing a cigarette, argue with yourself. Be your own devil’s advocate and talk back to your irrational thoughts. Keep it up until the immediate feelings pass and you no longer feel like you need to smoke. Bit by bit, you’ll put it in the past.
