What are the risks of taking MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)?

ANSWER

Don't take any chances if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Doctors don't know enough about the safety of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) in these circumstances. So, it's best not to take it. Since MSM is a sulfa drug, do NOT take it if you have allergies to sulfa.
