What is nattokinase?

ANSWER

It’s a natural enzyme made with fermented soybeans. Early evidence suggests that nattokinase may have health benefits, including lowering the risks of blood clots and narrowing of arteries, and lowering blood pressure. But more studies are needed. Nattokinase is generally safe.
