What is phosphatidylserine?

ANSWER

It’s is a fatty substance that covers and protects the cells in your brain and carries messages between them. Phosphatidylserine plays an important role in keeping your mind and memory sharp. Several studies suggest that it may help improve short-term memory and concentration. But more research is needed to know it works.
