What is the daily dosage of acetyl-l-carnitine (ALC)?

ANSWER

Supplement makers suggest different amounts of ALC for different purposes. Common amounts range from 1 to 3 grams daily, divided into several doses. But quality and active ingredients in supplements may be very different from maker to maker. This makes it hard to establish a standard dose.
