I've been taking Khella to treat my asthma and have found it to be very effective. It has helped my breathing substantially and has made it possible for me to almost completely stop using an inhaler. I do take it very sparingly as I've found it doesn't take much to get my breathing under control. I take about 40 drops every 3-4 days and have found that to be more than sufficient for me.
